Briar cottage has splendid views, one of which is over the loch to Edinample Castle, built by Sir Colin Campbell of Glenorchy in 1630. The story goes that he pushed the builder off the parapets in order to avoid paying the builder's fee!

Private Loch frontage and private fishing is available for our guests use. Also on the loch front there is a barbeque and summerhouse.

At the rear of the property is a patio are, with decking and a spa for our guests enjoyment.

The Bed and Breakfast accommodation is in the original thatched cottage overlooking Loch Earn.

Our guest bedrooms are all on the ground floor with views over the loch. All rooms are en suite, with two of the three bedrooms having 4 poster beds.

There are tea and coffee making facilities. TV./dvd/video in all rooms.
